At FC Architectural, we have the capability of producing a wide range of specialist fabrications.
Our products include ACM panels, flashings and an extensive range of bespoke fabrications. Architectural features including; flashings, curved flashings, bullnoses, curved fascia’s, column castings and soffit panels, membrane lined single skin and insulated gutters, rainwater goods and accessories, louvres, soakers and braketry.
ACM Rainscreen, otherwise known as Aluminium Composite Material Rainscreen is a composite panel consisting of two pre-coated aluminium sheets with a fusion bonded polyethene core. This results in a lightweight, corrosion resistant and rigid product. ACM can be formed and shaped in a variety of ways to suit the customers requirements. The end result is a low maintenance, large, smooth and flat finish.
ACM can be used as flat, bent, rolled or fabricated into cassettes making it a flexible, durable solution for rainscreen and exterior cladding components. ACM is available in a large range of colours and sizes.
Using our CNC router table, we can process ACM in lengths up to 4.2m and widths up to 2.1m.
