To assist clients with the development of products for manufacture, FC Architectural has invested in the latest design software and equipment, operated by highly skilled design engineers. This allows the efficient and cost effective production of working drawings and has proved invaluable in offering customers a one-stop shop for all their metal cladding components.
FC Architectural's on-going investment in plant, equipment and manufacturing techniques ensures the most up to date facilities are available to customers.
As with most pressing requirements there is often a need for junction pieces and stop ends etc. We use a CNC turret punch enabling almost any shape, simple or complex, to be punched to a very high level of accuracy.
In addition to the turret punch, FC Architectural also use; three Guillotines, cutting up to 6.0mm steel up to 3.0m long., three CNC Press brakes, pressing sections up to 4.0m long, Powered Rolls, enabling quicker turn-around of Bullnose sections, Rolling sections up to 3.0m long, CNC Powered Folder and folding sections up to 3.0m long.
FC Architectural also has Plasma cutting facilities along with MIG and TIG welding capabilities.
